As opportunities to earn are created, jobs will be given to individuals based on adherence to the constitution, attitude, talent, intelligence, and ability. The Membership Council of Twelve (hereinafter MCon) will seek licenses from the State of Ohio to grow and dispense marijuana (hereinafter MJ). We also want to make hemp products such as environmentally safe trash/grocery bags, rope, paper, clothing fabric, and even building blocks for construction. Hemp products will be the WGSA’s main source of income. Pesticides are not needed to grow hemp and hemp building blocks leave a negligible environmental footprint as compared to concrete. It’s well documented that marijuana was categorized as a Schedule I drug by Richard Nixon solely to deny his political opponents (blacks, liberals, and Hispanics) the right to vote. People with marijuana convictions (all felonies) lost that right, even though there was/is no proof that MJ is a serious health risk to the public. These convictions have stymied and destroyed millions of lives. Consequently, reparations/justice is owed. And the way to grant them without hurting taxpayers is to give the MC licenses to own and operate a marijuana dispensary and a hemp production plant in the WGSA tax free for twelve years. I am sure that, in short order, the MC will free itself from government assistance altogether. Undoubtedly, other companies will spin off from the initial MJ and hemp operations.
Profits from the operations will be used to support the school, develop the WGSA and provide for the MC’s needs both in the short and long term. The MCon, which consists of twelve citizens living in the Washington Grade School Area, will have the final say on all issues. The MCon will be elected by MC adults. And every member’s vote will be cast and counted, even if we must go door to door to get it. However, the VISION of Dale Arnold Milnes, (the MCon’s first president) will be fiercely protected.
